MERTENSIA PARK LODGE

Lodge Hours: 8am - 10pm 

Please call the Town Clerk's office to reserve your 2025 date. (315) 986-8100 option #1. 

Starting in December 2025, Farmington residents only may make a resevation for a January 2026 date only, then starting the first business day in January 2026, Farmington residents only make make reservations for the remainder of the year, starting on the first business day in February 2026, non-residents may make reservations for the remainder of the year. 

The Mertensia Lodge fees are $150.00 per day for residents and $250.00 per day for non-residents and business use. This is due 1 week from calling to make your reservation. (For canceled events, we must have it in writting. We also retain a 20% canceling fee). 

An additional $100 refundable key deposit is due at the time of the key pick up. This is refunded with-in 1 month after the event, as long as the key is returned and the lodge is left in good order. A check will be mailed to you. 

*ONLY ONE RESERVATION IS MADE PER DAY. 

You can only go in the lodge on the day of your event from 8am - 10pm. 

*Please note that our online calendar is updated on a weekly basis, and so our dates may be subject to change. 

*Summer Recreation will be using the tent at Mertensia Park Monday - Friday until 4:30pm from June 30th to August 8th. They do not use the lodge, but will be using the other activities at the park such as fields and playground. 

**NO tape, nails, pushpins etc on the walls of the lodge. NO Alcohol on premises. Please leave the lodge how you found it, and follow all cleaning procedures. You can ONLY go in the DAY OF YOUR EVENT, from 8am to 10m, as the building is alarmed.
