Registration Dates at Mertensia Road Lodge Please have one registration form per child plus their immunizations May 14 and 15, 5:30-7:00 PM Farmington Residents May 16, 5:30-7:00 PM Open Registration * A valid ID will be needed to pick up your child from recreation. We will include an authorized persons sheet for anyone that you deem able to pick up your child.
