Freedom of Information Law (FOIL) - Requests

FOIL REQUESTS

All freedom of information requests (FOIL) are administered through the Town Clerks office.

To submit a FOIL request, please email the Town Clerks office at Townclerk@Farmingtonny.org. or fill out the form below.  Please be specific as to what you are looking for, including location etc.

*Fees may apply to certain documents and/or findings. 

Accessible records are available for inspection during regular business hours.

Town Board, Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals agendas, resolutions and approved minutes can be found on the web site under the home page.

Please describe the public records you wish to receive. In order to expedite the search for the records, please be as specific as possible including address etc. If there are any fees associated with the request, we would provide you with a cost prior to receiving the documents. There is a $.25/page for standard printed copies. Additional charges apply for large documents, USB drives, maps etc.
